Please make sure your final number, before you got stuck on a 30 year loan, because they tell you one thing and after 6 month or one year down to the road your mortgage will bump up , and when you call them and ask them what happen , they will blame on title company. My mortgage went $124 up a month.

I recently worked with NFM on my home loan, and my GF and I had such an aggravating experience, that we'll be going out of our way to work my Credit Union back in Utah, if we buy another home. I can't say it was a result of any one person in particular, but we kept getting told numbers and figures that shifted after each disclosure was presented to us, and they were always "padded" numbers. So we had very little knowledge of exactly how much we would actually be bringing to the closing table until the actual morning of the closing. That was completely unacceptable in my book. If I had to sum up what my experience was with NFM in one word, it would be "Unorganized". I recommend you find a different lender.
